The Premium Online tutoring package provides tutoring services to students in one-on-one tutoring sessions which includes homework help, test preparation, and supplementing math skills needed while recording the session and receiving the tutor’s in-session notes, as well as additional support resources, such as email and phone support, practice materials, time management, and progress tracking. Ideal for students who are looking for the highest level of support and guidance, preparing for exams or looking to excel in their coursework, and/or striving for top grades and want personalized attention to reach their full potential. Online Tutoring Services are provided for the following courses: -Undergraduate level: General Physics (Mechanics, Electromagnetism, Thermodynamics, Quantum Mechanics, Particle, Nuclear, Material), Calculus (single variable and multi-variable), Differential Equations, Linear Algebra, General Chemistry, Precalculus, Circuit Analysis -High School Courses: AP Physics, AP Calculus In our session, we will focus on reviewing and applying concepts with relevant equations to efficiently solve problems. We will also go through proven strategies that will allow your student to increase test scores, reduce stress, and manage testing time. Our online tutoring sessions are designed to empower students to take control of their education. With our unique approach, students are to record their tutoring sessions, giving them the flexibility to revisit the material at their own pace. And, for added security, our tutors will not record any sessions unless they have received explicit consent from the student. But that's not all - our tutors will also provide the students with all of their notes made during the session, giving them a comprehensive understanding of the material covered. Lesson cancellation: 1 hour notice required
We understand that life can be unpredictable and unexpected events may arise that prevent you from attending a scheduled tutoring session. However, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible when canceling or rescheduling a session. To respect the time of other students, we require at least 1 hour notice (time limit may increase) for cancellations or rescheduling to receive a refund. If a session is canceled or rescheduled within 1 hour of the scheduled time, the student will be charged for the missed session. We understand that some students may need to reschedule at the last minute due to extenuating circumstances. In these cases, we will work with the student to reschedule the session at a later date, but the student may still be charged for the missed session. We ask the students and/or parents should provide at least 1 hour notice (time limit may increase) when canceling or rescheduling a package of sessions after the free trial. If a package of sessions is canceled or rescheduled within 1 hour of the scheduled time, then student will be charged for the missed session and may incur further penalties but not limiting to: receive partial refund for remaining unused sessions or forfeit the remainder of sessions in the package. We allow flexibility in scheduling sessions, if a student wants to reschedule a session for a different time or day, we will do our best to accommodate their request. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule sessions if the tutor is unable to attend due to illness or other unforeseen circumstances. In these cases, the student will not be charged for the missed session. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in following this cancellation policy. It allows us to better serve all of our students and ensure that their time is respected and valued.
